A SOUND CONVERTING APPARATUS

A sound converting apparatus prevents distortion of a sound and a clipping phenomenon by directly transmitting the deformation of a piezoelectric element to a vibration plate. A sound converting apparatus is composed of a piezoelectric element(40), a vibration plate(30), a receiving groove(22), and a frame(20). The vibration plate includes an inner attachment unit(31) attached to the piezoelectric element and a vibration part folded and spread by the deformation of the piezoelectric element. The frame includes the vibration plate receiving unit in which the outer attachment unit of the vibration plate is combined around the receiving groove. The inner attachment unit is attached to a top part or a lateral part of the piezoelectric element.
