An air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to uniformly control the temperature of the air discharged to the left and right of an air conditioner case by controlling the left and right openness of the cold air passage. The air conditioner for a vehicle is composed of an air conditioner case(110) in which a plurality of air outlets are formed, an evaporator(101) and a heater core(102) installed on an air passage in the air conditioner case, a temperature control door(120) controlling the openness of a hot air passage(P2) and a cold air passage(P1), and a baffle(122) formed to be bent toward the cold air passage to uniformly control the temperature of the air discharged to the left and right of the air conditioner case.
