摘要 <p>The device for the production of bio-oil from algae, comprises a biogas plant, a photo bioreactor, which has containers with a substrate mixture containing algae, nutrients, water and optionally additives, which are connected to fluid cycles with photo compartment, means for the chemical and/or physical treatment of a fermenting substrate of the biogas plant and means for the supply of the treated fermenting substrate into the photo bioreactor and/or means for the cleaning of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the gas of the biogas plant and supply means for the cleaned CO2 into nozzles. The device for the production of bio-oil from algae, comprises a biogas plant, a photo bioreactor, which has containers with a substrate mixture containing algae, nutrients, water and optionally additives, which are connected to fluid cycles with photo compartment, in which the light is subjected to algae, means for the chemical and/or physical treatment of a fermenting substrate of the biogas plant and means for the supply of the treated fermenting substrate into the photo bioreactor and/or means for the cleaning of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the gas of the biogas plant and supply means for the cleaned CO2 into nozzles at the photo compartment, by which CO2 is injected into substrate mixture. The biogas plant and the photo bioreactor are connected with one another in such a manner that products such as the fermenting substrates, CO2, and/or waste heat produced in the biogas plant are supplied to the photo bioreactor. The photo bioreactor comprises a device for the controlling/regulation of the nitrogen supply. The photo compartment comprises translucent tubes and/or plates made of a UV-proof material. The plates have separating strips as liquid guidance, which forms a channel system, by which the substrate mixture is fed. Temperature measuring elements are present in direction of flow at the beginning and at the end of the photo compartment. The substrate mixture contains cleaning elements, with which the mixture is circulated by the photo compartment to clean and to keep the mixture trimming-free. The photo bioreactor comprises artificial light sources with increased blue light portion, over which the photo compartment is exposed. The photo bioreactor has reflection surfaces in the area of the photo compartment, where the reflection surfaces are formed to ensure a uniform lighting of the photo compartment. The photo bioreactor covers dimmers to dim the photo compartment in alternative manner. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the production of bio-oil.</p>
