An outcome decision system of a bull fight game and a method thereof for objectively determining the fighting game are provided to provide the accurate register of the beginning of the game and the finishing of the game and provide the evidence about a result by recording the game. An image acquisition system(10) photographs location change according to the time of a fighter bull. A outcome decision unit(11) extracts the initial location of the fighter bull by using an image about the location change according to the time of the photographed fighter bull. The outcome decision unit analyzes and outputs the location change of the fighter bull according to the time based on the extracted initial location of the fighter bull. An image storage device stores the image according to the location change according to the time of the photographed fighter bull.
