A system for recording information of valve actuation is provided to allow a user to monitor a plurality of valves and the of operation of each valve at a time without a wire line. A system for recording information of valve actuation includes a valve(1), a detection unit(2) detecting the operation of valve and an RFID tag(3) recording the operation information of the valve through the detection unit. A terminal reads the operation information of the valve recorded in the RFID tag. The RFID tag sends the electric wave to search the presence of the terminal periodically, and when the presence is detected, the operation information of valve is transmitted to the terminal.
