NOVEL PLANT-ORIGIN LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM HAVING ACTIVITY FOR CONVERTING ISOFLAVONE INTO ISOFLAVONE AGLYCON AND USE THEREOF

A Lactobacillus plantarum which is lactobacillus based on plant is provided to be used as a composition for oxygen-resistant, a digestive, a composition for live bacteria, a feed admixture, a food admixture and other fermented products by having a capability changing an aglycon of an isoflavone. A Lactobacillus plantarum YS 712(an accession number : KCCM 10842P) has a capacity for producing an isoflavone of an aglycon, oxygen-resistant and acid-resistant. A fermented product is manufactured by using the Lactobacillus plantarum YS 712 or a culture material thereof. The Lactobacillus plantarum YS 712 or the culture material thereof is fermented by adding the Lactobacillus plantarum YS 712 or the culture material thereof in milk or soy bean liquid.
