The invention enables the physical expansion of a tool to be represented in a 3D manner in 2D layers of images of internal structures and to represent modifications on said internal structures, in particular bone structures, by means of an operation tool for preparing, performing, displaying, reproducing, further processing or learning a surgical operation.
