A display device is provided to prevent moire in a display device having dual panel, thereby improving the reliability of the display device. A first lower display panel includes a first TFT formed on a first substrate, and a first pixel electrode(191b) formed on the first TFT. A first upper display panel includes a second substrate which is placed in opposite direction to the first substrate and a first common electrode formed on a second substrate. A liquid crystal layer is place between the first lower display panel and the first upper display panel. A first display panel assembly includes a color filter formed on one of the first lower display panel or the first upper display panel, and a first light blocking member(220b) formed on one of the first lower display panel, or the first upper display panel. |
