The device has at least two stages of exchanging sections (2) provided from input port (1), each section having jet hole(s) (21) and its corresponding diffusion hole (22); exchanging air chamber (23) at the connecting point between the jet hole and diffusion hole; through hole (24) communicating to atmosphere provided in air chamber of first stage exchanging section; mixing air chamber (3) between exchanging sections; and feedback tube (4) communicating to input port of first stage exchanging section provided in the mixing air chamber from second stage to the last stage exchanging section.
