A flexible substrate heat-treated in a temperature lower than a glass transition temperature of substrate, manufacturing method thereof, and flexible display device using thereof is provided to improve accuracy by minimizing an error of the processing by a thermal transformation. A flexible substrate heat-treated in a temperature lower than a glass transition temperature of substrate, manufacturing method thereof comprises the following steps: a step for preparing substrate(201); a step for heat-treating the substrate to a prescribed temperature(203); a step for depositing a thin film in substrate(204); and a step for patterning the thin film(205). The temperature is lower than the glass transition temperature of the substrate. |
