PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-intake structure of a seat-type vehicle which can shorten an air-intake passage and can prevent the air to be drawn in from being warmed by the heat of an engine. ; SOLUTION: In the air-intake structure of the seat-type vehicle, the engine 32 and a fuel tank 53 are mounted side by side under a passenger seat 14, which is attached to a frame 80, in the lateral direction of the vehicle. Then an air cleaner 33 is arranged in the rear of the engine 32.
