A transparent light emitting device improving a transparency of a LED light emitting part comprises the followings: a first transparent plate; a second transparent plate which is separated to be faced with the first transparent plate; a plurality LED light emitting part having a first terminal(32a) and a second terminal(32b); a first FPCB pad(43a) and second FPCB pad(44a) in which the first terminal and the second terminal are electrically connected; a FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) of a transparent material for supplying a power to each LED light emitting part through a plurality of pad parts; and a controller controlling a flash of the LED light emitting part.
