A gelation composition for managing scalp is provided to be used as a pack for a scalp by being mixed simply with water, to have a fomentation effect and a scalp massage effect, to accelerate a flow of scalp blood and to remove waste product and horny substance of the scalp. A gelation composition for managing scalp contains a sodium polyacrylate as a gelling agent, a urea as a gelatin supplement and one or more selected from herb medicine extract, seaweed extract, arbutin, aloe powder and ascorbic acid as a functional effective component.
