<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical biosensor and its manufacturing method uninfluenced by a change of the oxygen content in a sample, capable of suppressing adsorption of a biocomponent such as a protein, and using a sensor repeatedly for measurement of a biological substance. <P>SOLUTION: This electrochemical biosensor is equipped with an electrode, a composite membrane between albumin covering the electrode and crosslinked enzyme, and a low-molecular electron-transfer mediator having a functional group for performing a crosslinking reaction, and has a characteristic wherein the electron-transfer mediator exists in the composite membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
