<p>Mephenesin nicotinate salicylate are muscular spasmolytics, analgesics, antiinflammatories and rubefacients having an activity twice that of aspirin against carrageenan-induced oedema. Chemically effective in 80% of cases of lumbago, myalgia and torticollis, has a distinct lasting effect in 75% of cases of arthritis, also useful in treating dysmenorrhoea.</p> |
