<p>The rear view mirror (1) has a mirror housing (2) in which a mirror glass (16) is accommodated, where the mirror glass is surrounded by an edge region (5). A part (20) of the edge region is movably formed opposite to the mirror housing. The movably formed part of the edge region is made of elastomer, and is connected with the mirror housing by an elastomeric intermediate layer. The movably formed part of the edge region springs-back to its initial position after deflection, and is detachable from the housing.</p> |
