A pillar chair and chair member for pillar are provided to utilize the pillar and to gain the resting place everywhere in the city. A pillar chair(10) and chair member(12) for pillar comprise a pillar consisting of street lamp pole, the traffic signal pillar, and one among the telephone pole pillar, a chair member for the pillar which is protruded in the bottom of pillar and is combined, a back plate combined in pillar. The chair member for pillar comprises a supporting plate(121), a supporting member(125) which adheres closely with the pillar(11) while it is crossed and it is combined with the supporting plate, a combining member(122) which unites with the supporting member and fixing the supporting member to the pillar, a clamping member(123) tightening the combining member.
