A dry board of cheongyang hot pepper reduces the damage of the cheongyang hot pepper, and gathers high quality cheongyang hot pepper by fixing and drying the cheongyang hot pepper in shade. The cheongyang hot pepper dry board is comprised of a main body(10) in which the connecting member(11) is formed in the lower part with fixing a plurality of cheongyang hot pepper, a fixing holder for the cheongyang hot pepper(12) in which a plurality of cut-outs is formed according to the inlet part into the columnar direction so that it is formed in the plate side of this main body with multiple and flexibly the hot pepper is inserted, a plurality of hot pepper supporting rib which is curve-cut flexibly in order to catch the hot pepper putting the constant interval in the rear side of the fixing holder, handle combined use hanger(13) which is established in the connecting member opposite side of the main body and which rotates at the vertical direction about the main body and hooks to a separate hanger(13), and a folding leg(14) installed at the right and left side of the main body with constant interval. The main body is laid on the other main body by using the folding leg. |
