The present invention refers to combinations of phloroglucinol and metamizole; phloroglucinol, trimethylphloroglucinol (TMF) and metamizole, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; also refers to the pharmaceutical compositions comprising the aforementioned combinations, the process for manufacturing the same, and the use of said combinations for preparing drugs acting as an antispasmodic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory.
