A display device is provided to improve the on/off characteristics of TFT, thereby improving the aperture ratio. A substrate(400) includes a pixel region, a non-pixel region defined with the scan line(420a), and a data line(440a), and a power line(440e). A gate electrode(420c) is located on the surface of the substrate. A semiconductor layer(410) is located on the surface of the gate insulating layer includes oxide. The pixel region includes a source electrode(440c) and a drain electrode connected with the semiconductor layer electrically. Non-pixel region includes a scan line, a data line, and a power line. A transmittance rate of the gate electrode of the pixel region, the source electrode, and the drain electrode is between 50% ~ 100%. |
