<p>A battery charger including outside DC power output is provided to reduce a current consumption of a battery by outputting a stabilized DC power source. A battery charger including outside DC power output comprises the followings: a first switch serially connecting a plurality of secondary cells; a second switch selectively connecting a first polarity terminal having maximum potential among a plurality of secondary cells; a DC-DC converter(7) having a first polarity input terminal and a second polarity input terminal; a first polarity terminal connecting the first polarity input terminal through the second switch; a second polarity terminal connecting the second polarity input terminal, and having a minimum potential among the secondary cells; an outside power output terminal conducting a stabilized power source, and connected to an output terminal(7b) of the DC-DC converter; and a controller controlling the first switch and the second switch.</p> |
