A sunvisor is provided to utilize the pillar and to gain the resting place everywhere in the city. A sunvisor(10) comprises a pillar(11) consisting of the telephone pole support, a light shielding member(12) protruded in the outer circumference of pillar and forming the radar shade on the surrounding of pillar. The pillar can be one among the telephone pole pillar, the street lamp pole, and the traffic signal pillar. The light shielding member is comprised the form of cone. But if it is the means forming the radar shade on lower-part, the form is possible for various shapes of deformations. The light shielding member can use the material of plastic or metallic.
