A winding standby apparatus of the sheet-type winded object is provided to control the tension of the winded object drawn via an elevating roller by installing the elevating roller between rotation rollers. A winding standby apparatus of the sheet-type winded object comprises the followings: a frame body(100) in which supporting bars(103,104) stand at both sides thereof, and an upper-side square frame body(101) and a lower-side frame body(102) are arranged up and down; a plurality of rotation rollers(200) which are mounted on the upper-side square frame body at regular intervals; the output shaft of a speed reducer(202) of an invert motor(201) which is connected with the rotation shaft; a supporting shaft(300) in which a chain sprocket(301) is mounted at both ends between the rotation rollers; a chain belt(302) connected between the chain sprocket of upper and lower supporting shafts; a shaft holder(303) mounted at the same height between the both chain belts; a tension control weight(305) adhered to the opposite side in which the elevating roller is temporarily constructed; and limit switches(306,307) installed at the lowest point to which the elevating roller descends and the vertex to which the elevating roller rises.
