A bearing apparatus including a shaft, a sleeve, and a housing, and a motor including thereof is provided to improve a flexural strength of a adhered housing and sleeve by increasing a bond strength of an axial direction and circular direction of a housing and sleeve. A bearing apparatus and a motor including thereof comprises the followings: a shaft; a sleeve(5) supporting the shaft; a housing(4) having a penetration hole for inserting the sleeve; a peripheral groove(4b) extended to a peripheral direction; an outer circumference(5a) of the sleeve; a inner circumference(4a) of the housing; an axial grooves(5b) parallely extended to an axis of the sleeve; and a adhesive(12) interposed in both parties of the axial grooves and the peripheral groove.
