A method for manufacturing superhydrophobic surface with low cost is provided to prevent losing ultrahydrophobic by the damage of the surface structure in the actual use, and reduce manufacturing cost. The ultrahydrophobic surface manufactures the chip with the elasticity base material. The length of the chip base material is extended. The hydroxyl group is formed on the surface of the base material in which the length extends. The silane layer is formed on the basic material surface in which the hydroxyl group is formed. The length of the base material is restored to the state before expanding the length of the base material. The elasticity base material is made of polydimethylsiloxane, polyeterafluoroethylene, and the simple selected of the mixture. |
