A transportable current collector of an electric locomotive is provided to reduce a construction cost and a maintenance cost by moving a current collector from side to side. A transportable current collector of an electric locomotive comprises a current collector(10) and a mobile tool(20). The current collector receives a power desired in an electric locomotive, and is installed on a top of the electric locomotive. The mobile tool is installed between the electric locomotive and the current collector, comprises the followings: a frame(22) installed on the top of the electric locomotive; a driving unit(24) installed at the frame; a driving belt(26) moved from side to side with a driving force of the driving unit; and a current collector fixing unit(28) fixing a bottom of the current collector, and installed on a top of the driving belt.
