<p>The rod has periodic division traces (TS1, TS2) in a measuring direction (X), where the trace exhibits an integrated reference marking in the form of interruption of periodicity (P) in regular intervals. The rod carries the periodic division traces transverse to the measuring direction, where the integrated reference marking (R) of the periodic division traces are displaced in the measuring direction against each another. The traces consist of bright and dark regions alternatively in the measuring direction, such that a period is formed between the bright and dark regions. An independent claim is also included for a position measuring device with a measuring rod.</p> |
