The invention relates to filter separators and it is intended for removal of mechanical impurities from gas-air mixtures, aerosols of water and oil. A filter separator contains a vertical cylindrical housing with a cover, a filter element, which is made in the form of a hollow cylinder and is installed in the housing with radial clearance, an inlet duct located tangentially in the lower part of the housing, an outlet duct, which is located below the lower level of the filter element and is connected to internal cavity of filter element by an elbow-shaped adapter, a drainage branch pipe. The casing of filter is divided into upper and lower chambers by a partition installed at the level of inlet duct and inclined downward. A central opening is made in the partition, and a container adjoins the partition from below. The invention provides increase of the efficiency of separation of natural gas and extension of the range of use of filter separators by combination in one apparatus of the rough and fine purification of natural gas. |
