The invention relates to medicine, namely to phthisiology and can be used for treatment of patients with the first diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis and recurrent disease, which need the retreatment. A method in accordance with invention consists in the prescription of I row preparations - etambutol and pirasinamide and additionally prescription of the II row preparations - amikacine, levofloksacine and PASK to the obtaining of tuberculosis mycobacteria medicinal sensitiveness test results, at that the all preparations are used simultaneously per one intake.
