A method of producing nanoparticles and colloidal solutions of nanoparticles includes the ablation of the surface of materials by sublimating the substance from the surface under action of energy, which is introduced into the material, condensation of the oversaturated vapor into the nanoparticles during rapid cooling of oversaturated vapor within the liquid. The sublimation of substance from the surface of materials is achieved within the time less than 1 ms, mainly less than 100 μs. In this case the energy, which is introduced into the material, exceeds the energy of the sublimation of substance at least by 1.1 times, mainly by more than 2 times, and the speed of introduction to energy is not less than 1 J/μs, mainly more than 10 J/μs. |
