A device for treating the mandibular contractures contains the basis plates for upper and lower jaws. The individually manufactured occlusion basis plates are molded without palate. Between the plates, the spiral springs are welded at the site of the first molars or premolars. The length of the spring varies on an individual basis according to the clinical requirements.
