A wire-nail machine contains an engine with drive, a crankshaft mounted in the bed with counterweights, which is connected by piston rod with the slide. On it a heading tool is placed, which contacts with the mechanisms of formation of the nails, which are kinematically connected to the crankshaft. At the crankshaft the cams with profile according to the pattern of operation of the mechanisms of machine are installed, which contact with the stocks of hydraulic cylinders, which are connected by hydraulic lines to hydraulic cylinders of the displacement of mechanisms and fulfillment of manipulations required for stamping of nails. |
