A panel lifting unit for the nut welding machine is provided to automatically take out by pushing up panel materials from a fixing welding pin which is welded using a lifting housing. A nut welding machine for welding a nut comprises as follows, a lifting housing(11) is slidably inserted along an outer side of a pin holder(7) which is installed a fixing welding pin(3), form with a cylinder shape, and is formed a retainer(21) which is protruded to the inner side along the circumference; a lifting spring provides the elastic force to the lifting housing if it does of the step side of the pin holder inserted in the bottom of inside of the lifting housing in the pin holder the pin holder and retainer; and a stopper cap(15) approves of the upper side of retainer along in order to prevent the secession of the lifting housing.
