An impact reduction apparatus of the golf mat for the swing practice is provided to secure the compatibility of the shock absorbent plate and to check the divot location. An impact reduction apparatus(1) of the golf mat for the swing practice comprises: an antiskid plate(20) having an artificial turf plate(21); a shock absorbent plate(50) absorbing impact in the swing of a golfer; and a swing stance board(200) in which golf ball supply equipment supplying ball is imbedded. In the golf mat(100) for exercise, a plurality of springs(53) for the impact absorptions are imbedded in the grooves(51a,52a) formed in the shock absorbent plate and the shock location through the divot mark is confirmed by using the divot location analysis lamp(300) connected to the divot sensor.
