A method for cooking the roast meat by using the lacquer extract and the deep sea water is provided to improve taste and scent of roast meat by adding lacquer extract without toxicity. A method for cooking the roast meat by using the lacquer extract and the deep sea water comprises the following steps of: a step which heat-treats the bark of the lacquer tree or the lacquer tree, which becomes over 7 year alive, at 150~200deg.C for 2~6 hours by deep sea water less than the depth of water 200m and heats the bark of the lacquer tree or the lacquer tree on 95~100deg.C for 15~30 hours with water and extracts the lacquer extract without toxicity; a step for making source for the roast meat from the lacquer extract without toxicity; and a step for cooking the roast meat from the beef or pork and the source. |
