An air tank typed bollard for closing vehicle entrance is provided to improve safety and convenience for pedestrian by burying the bollard under the ground, and project the bollard when a vehicle comes to the road and presses the baseplate. The apparatus is fixed outside the structure frame(a1) with the concrete mortar(f1) so that bollard is laid in the road. In order to help the recognition of the blind, the air tank (c1) installed under the baseplate(b1) which has the protrusion(b2). If the vehicles press the baseplate and pressure is applied, the compacted air exaggerates the folded region (c2). The penetration prevention jaw(d1) is lifted by the exaggerated air, and the entry of a vehicle is closed.
