A cosmetic composition for acne skin is provided to show an antibacterial effect and an excellent anti-aging effect by including Vitis coignetiae PULLIAT seed extract and to prevent or cure pimple by restraining growth of P.acnes or S. epidermidis. Vitis coignetiae PULLIAT is extracted in 95% of ethyl alcohol in 80 °C for 2 hours 2 times. After the Vitis coignetiae PULLIAT C is extracted by filtering and concentrating the Vitis coignetiae PULLIAT seed extract, the extracted Vitis coignetiae PULLIAT C is pulverized. Vitis coignetiae PULLIAT seed extract is manufactured by mixing oil, water, surfactant, moisturizer, low grade alcohol, thickening agent, chelating agent, pigment, antiseptic and perfume after extracting the Vitis coignetiae PULLIAT in 5% of ethyl alcohol in 80°C for 2 hours 2 time, and filtering and concentrating the Vitis coignetiae PULLIAT seed extract.
