A seed dresser comprises a frame, a drive and semi-spherical working chamber with a hinged top at the bottom of which on a vertical shaft a plate disk is arranged above which on the same shaft a disk for spraying an active ingredient with the wavy edge is fixed. On the hinged top special regulated agitating blades are mounted. After closing the hinged top they take a position inside a working chamber above the plate disk.
