The invention relates to the medical equipment, namely to the devices for the low-invasive surgical treatment of hollow organ diseases, and may be used for the placing of endoprosthesises – selfexpansible stents into hollow organs: esophagus, blood vessels and other, and provides possibility of stent placing in the case of any degrees of organ constriction, and, as a result, increase of surgical treatment efficiency. For this purpose in a device for the remote placing of stent, having a flexible conductor, flexible tubular guide and a pushrod and stent located in it in alignment with possibility of moving. The stent is able to expand in a radial direction, and in accordance with invention an opening is made on the lateral surface of guide at its proximal end. The flexible conductor is leaded through the opening and it passes from the middle of guide from its proximal end through this opening outside. The most effect it will be attained, when on the proximal end of guide a slant is made at an acute angle to its longitudinal axes, at that the opening is made on the longest generating line of guide. |
