A ventilation hole manufacturing method for an air-conditioning duct is provided to improve workability and productivity by easily working and to reduce manufacture cost by an extrusion molding with plastic material whole of the ventilation hole. A ventilation hole(1) manufacturing method for an air-conditioning duct comprises as the follow steps. A step is extrusion molding each part of a ventilation hole with synthetic resin from the mold base. A step is washing the ventilation hole which becomes with the extrusion molding. A first step is drying after the washing with hot air. A step is welding each part when the first drying operation is finished so that the shape of the ventilation hole is made. A spray jet step is spraying the aqueous binder when the shape of the ventilation hole is completed with the fusion process. A step is locking to the electrostatic method after the jet. A step is washing with the air spray after the second drying when the locking is finished.
