A device for application of coatings in vacuum comprises distributive cathode, anode which coaxial cathode is placed, consisting of sealed case as hollow cylinder, the bottom part of which is made as cut cone with one-section water-cooled magnetic system located in it from constant magnet, to end face cylindrical constant magnet connected focal core piece as cut cone, and in the case of anode installed two branch tubes for supply and tapping of water of water-cooled system. The cathode comprises a case of cylindrical form with aperture turned to the anode. Inside of cathode case is placed pulverizing core coaxially to focal core piece of anode, or coaxially one another pulverizing core and one or several pipes, which free ends are located in central part of the cathode near focal core piece. To end face of each magnetic system connected another focal core piece. The device comprises at least two anodes similar to the first anodes and two pulverizing cathodes, which are place coaxially and electric are connected among themselves. In one case of anode is located two focal core piece. Two adjacent cathode are located on joint basis of cathode and all anodes have joint system of supply of heat-carrier for water-cooled system. |
