Method for diagnostics of pathology in animal and poultry at which preliminarily to buffer memory of processing block are entered: number of capillary, data for animal or bird (criteria), capillaries with blood are placed on vertical disc installed between light source and optical scanning circuit, this fixes level of boundary between plasma and blood cells and number or each capillary by means of indicator at rotation of disc, data set obtained is entered to needed cell of memory and is processed with micro-processor that determines value of parameter ShOE in each capillary, and results of analysis are stored in buffer memory, ShOE data obtained for each capillary are in sequence compared to standard value of ShOE for healthy organisms that are in long-term memory of data base, with account of defined criteria, and by results of comparison by all the criteria decision is made on presence or absence of pathology. |
