METHOD FOR REPAIR OF INSULATION COATING OF PIPELINE

A method for repair of insulation coating of pipeline includes following contact-less operations with pipe: digging out pipeline, removal of damaged insulation coating, preparation of surface of pipeline for application of new insulation, application of new insulation coating and digging in repaired pipeline. Digging out of pipeline is performed in sequence, with separate sections, with leaving earth supports between those. At that length of section is determined according to condition of prevention of plastic deformations of pipe. After the end of repair of sections one performs repair of insulation coating of pipeline in places of residual supports through implementation of all the described above contact-less operations. The invention makes it possible to repair the insulation coating of pipeline without termination of transportation of product through it (gas, oil, etc).
