A process of preparation of the silver catalyst of oxidizing conversion of methanol into formaldehyde includes crushing of support structure (pumice), selection of the granules of preset size, their treatment by nitrate acid at 343 K during 8 hours, filtration and washing of the granules from ions NО3- at 343 K, impregnation of granules with the solution of modifier, drying and baking thereof. The granules of pumice are impregnated by alcoholic solution of modifier from hydroxides of rubidium or cesium, are dried at 323±5 K, and then are impregnated by ammonia solution of argentum (+1) oxide, dried at a temperature of 323 K and baked at a temperature of 740±5 K during two hours. |
