A rechargeable horny substances removing apparatus which is convenient to carry is provided to prevent the water from penetrating into the inside. A rechargeable horny substances removing apparatus comprises: a main body composed of the tubular shape; a plate(20) covering the opening; a motor(30) having the motor shaft(31) which is the semi-circular; a horny substance storage(40) which stores the horny substance of the foot while rotating according to the rotation of the motor shaft; a grinding cap(50) removing the horny substance in contact with the horny substance side of the foot; a guide member(60) forming a firewall at constant distance in the outer circumference of the grinding cap; a charging apparatus(70) installed at the bottom side of the motor; and an on/off apparatus(80) turning on and off the power source. |
