A Mobile Streaming Camera is operable by an Operator for communication with one of more Remote Clients through a wireless network allows compressed communication of video and audio in both directions togeth er with voice signals in a telephony type communication. The remote client is able to control the operation by voice signals or direct control. A video display at the Camera and at the remote client allows communication of additional data.
