<p>A battery exterior and a secondary battery using the same are provided to maintain the round shape while not causing the side of the pouch type secondary battery to increase the battery size and to improve surface protrusion phenomenon by the electrode tap. A battery exterior(1) includes a main sheet(10) which partly covers the exterior of battery; and a reinforcing sheet(20) covering a part of battery, which is laminated on the partial domain of the main sheet.
