The hinge of universal spindle contains spherical head with axial boring and casing with semi-cylindrical grooves, in which are established the barrel rollers. Casing is composite, it contains roller housing and centering clutch with a flange established on the shaft connected with the aid of connecting elements. Head is rigidly established on the connecting shaft of spindle. Hinge is equipped with a jacket, which covers the flange of centering clutch and end part of the roller housing. The shaft of centering clutch is arranged with a pin. Roller housing consists of external case and centering bushing with a bearing placed in it and established on the center shaft. The connecting elements, which connect roller housing and centering clutch, are made in the form of elastic cylindrical rods, its ends are established in the openings of components, made with the surfaces, each of which consists of four sections, which are joined in series. |
