A drum of mine winder contains cowling, means for increase of its hardness made in the form of rings successively installed from the inside of cowling on its entire length and fastened with its internal surface, which external radii are equal to inside radius of cowling. The values of inside radii of rings from the middle of cowling in the direction of its ends constantly increase.
