A hydropulse vibrator has power cylinder with plunger placed in it, to central recess of that one, provided at side of working end of the plunger, spring-loaded cup is placed, and circular lug on working end of the plunger is formed with additional central recess in the plunger. In the plunger cavity if provided, as central axial dead recess with calculated volume, connected to pressure cavity of cylinder with radial openings, opened opening of dead recess of the plunger is hermetically closed with cylindrical plug in central recess of which conical valve for air discharge is placed, and the bottom of central recess on working end of the plunger is pressed to the end of the bushing in central axial stepped opening of which cup is placed, with collar for restriction of its stroke, its upper end is in contact with sealing ring that is rigidly fixed in central recess of the cover at the end of which groove is placed, there ring made of elastic material is installed, it is rigidly connected to power cylinder, coaxially with plunger, on the outer surface of the bushing circular recess is provided, this is connected to radial and dead eccentric openings formed in the body of the bushing, with recess at the end of the bushing, this is in contact with the plunger, and pressure cavity of power cylinder is with radial channel in power cylinder connected to output of generator of pressure pulses with output connected with radial channel provided in the cover to circular recess in the bushing. |
